Where are we?
Well Farm Cottages are in the picturesque Upper Tamar Valley on the Cornwall / Devon border in the village of North Tamerton. Within 15 minutes you can be enjoying the sandy beaches of Bude and Widemouth Bay, sampling the delights of the open-air market in Holsworthy or exploring Launceston, the ancient capital of Cornwall, with its castle, museum and winding streets.
We offer a you a great base from which to enjoy the many attractions our
beautiful area has to offer.
Bringing Your Pet Dog
We accept well-behaved dogs in some cottages. Pet dogs are charged at £30 each per short break or 7 night stay. Please enquire for further details.

Rates shown on the cottage pages are for holiday guests. For commercial rates please enquire.
Changeover day Saturday in School Holidays.
Arrival from 3pm for cottages. Departure by 10am for cottages.
Minimum charge for short breaks £250.
Directions
Leave the A30 on the A388/B3254 exit towards Launceston. Continue through on B3254 towards Bude and after about 8 miles turn right, signposted North Tamerton
