Special Needs

We welcome guests with a learning disability, or those with an autistic spectrum disorder. We are listed on the National Autistic Society website as an “autism friendly venue“.

Well Farm and Cottage. Cider Cottage, Trewin Court and Millers Rest.
We have a son who is on the autistic spectrum, has a learning disability and epilepsy. We know how hard it can be to find a suitable holiday to accommodate the needs of everyone in the family. If you have particular requirements, we will try to meet them. We understand that you want to have a relaxing time on holiday and we will do our best to help you achieve this. Michael and Marina live on site at Well Farm and are on hand to help if needed. We can advise you about each individual property, its layout and suitability if required. Access statements are available for our properties on request. Unfortunately, our properties are not wheelchair friendly. Well Farmhouse & Cottage is a Grade II listed building with lots of steps. The newer properties, Millers Rest, Trewin Court and Cider Cottage, were former barns. When the buildings were converted to dwellings, the sloping roof had to be retained, so that the internal rooms needed steps between them. We have a wheelchair ramp available for guests if needed; please pre-book this if required.
