Spacious kitchen/diner with fitted farmhouse oak kitchen, oak table, electric cooker (double oven), fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Spacious central hallway with sofa. Front and back stairs leading to first floor.

Bedroom 3 (downstairs): single bed, full-size bunk beds (height restricted ceiling, top bunk may not suit adult)
Ensuite with small bath and shower attachment, wash basin and washing machine. Separate w.c.
