Millers Rest is an attractive and spacious cottage with its own private courtyard – ideal for relaxation and barbecues. There is a large living/dining room with an open fire and electric woodburner-effect stove, perfect for cosy evenings, whatever the season. The cottage has three spacious bedrooms all with views over the Cornish countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a rear door with access to a terrace with views over fields and woodland. Millers Rest makes a happy family base at any time of the year.
Ground Floor
Open-plan living/dining room with a 42” digital plasma TV, DVD, open fire and electric woodburner effect stove. Lounge suite and double bedsettee (if required).
Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine and washing machine.
A light and spacious hallway runs the length of the cottage, from the lounge at the top, the kitchen, family bathroom and then leading down to the three bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: king-size bed and single bed, Easy chair folds out to form additional child bed if required.
Bedroom 2: twin beds
Bedroom 3: single bed and digital tv
Bathroom: New for 2021: Double-end bath with shower attachment, shower cubicle with electric power shower, heated towel rail.
Access: There are two steps into the cottage. Some internal steps.
